WHO IS GOD?

It seems like a simple question, but is it? Think about it, what comes to your mind when you hear the word God? What sort of characteristics or traits come to mind? What attributes or adjectives come to your mind? What is the immediate emotional response you get upon hearing the word God? Who is God and what is your view of God?

 

Everyone has a different definition and perspective of God. This means that two people can be talking about God, but even though they're using the same word, God, they can be potentially talking about two completely different entities. What comes to mind when I say God, may greatly differ from what comes to mind when you hear God.

 

So, the purpose of this little devotional series is to provide a clear answer to who God is, that way as we talk about God more deeply and engage in different conversations about God, we can all have the same working definition of God.
